Ingredients

  • 1 matzo cracker
  • 2 tbsps. lemon hummus or your favorite flavor
  • 2 tbsps. pickled onions
  • 10 pitted Kalamata olives halved
  • 4-5 grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 1/2 tbsps. feta cheese crumbled
  • Optional: fresh oregano chopped

Instructions

  • Spread hummus evenly onto the matzo cracker.
  • Add the pickled onions, olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese on top.
  • If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh oregano on top.
  • Serve immediately.
