These Half Whole Wheat Homemade Tortillas are easy to make with just a handful of ingredients! They’re the perfect vessel for tacos, sandwiches, and more!

Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
1cupwhole wheat flour
1/2tsp.baking powder
1/2tsp.salt
3/4cupwaterwarm to room temperature
3tbsp.olive oil
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine both flours. Stir in the baking powder, salt, water, and oil until a dough forms.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead 12-15 times, or until dough is smooth. If necessary, add more flour or water to create a smooth texture. Cover dough and rest 10 minutes.
Turn dough back onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a circle.
Oil a griddle pan or large skillet and heat over medium heat. Place a tortilla onto the pan and cook about 1-2 minutes on each side. If necessary, add more oil between tortillas.
Tortillas will be cooked through and lightly browned on each side once done.
Serve warm, or allow to cool and store in fridge or freezer.
