Sear pork loin on all sides. Remove pork from the pan and place on the wire rack.
Form the pork loin into a snake shape and use toothpicks to keep the shape in place.
Using kitchen scissors, cut a diamond design down the back of the pork. Cut a slit on one end for the mouth.
Place the pork loin in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the end of the bacon to make a forked tongue. Place inside the mouth slit.
Slice the green olive to make eyes and place on top of the pork loin.
Serve pork loin immediately.
Notes
Be careful of the toothpicks after cooking. If they're not easy to remove once cooking is done, cut the pork loin into slices and you should be able to easily grab and remove the toothpicks.
