Healthier Key Lime Pie Dip

Made with Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, fresh lime juice and zest, plus a touch of honey and white chocolate, it's finished with graham cracker crumbles for that classic pie flavor.   • 1 stand mixer or hand mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz. light cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • Juice and zest of 1 large lime
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chopped
  • 1-2 tbsps. graham cracker crumbles
  • Fresh fruit and graham crackers for dipping

Instructions

  • Add Greek yogurt and cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
  • Add honey, lime juice and zest, and vanilla Mix just until combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in fridge about 20-25 minutes.
  • Before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  • Serve with fresh fruit and graham crackers for dipping.
