I have had the biggest craving for Chobani's Key Lime Crumble yogurt. But those yogurt flip cups seem to last me about...oh, three minutes. I wanted to find a snack with the same flavor combo that I could savor a little bit longer. So I turned my craving into a healthier key lime pie inspired dessert dip for fresh fruit - like strawberries and pineapple - and graham crackers.
The base is made with protein-packed plain Greek yogurt (you could also use vanilla Greek yogurt for added flavor) and light cream cheese. Like my favorite yogurt, I've also included white chocolate. But I'm only using a tiny bit of it, so this dip stays on the lighter side. And instead of sugar, honey adds a touch of sweetness to cut the tart lime juice and zest.
Healthier Key Lime Pie Dip Ingredients
- Plain Greek Yogurt: Adds protein and probiotics.
- Honey: Natural sweetener. Using raw organic honey adds antioxidants.
- Light Cream Cheese: Reduces fat and calories while keeping the texture of the dip creamy.
Fresh fruit is my main dipper of choice. I also served this dip with regular cinnamon graham crackers, but you could find low fat graham crackers for a healthier swap. I have to say, this dip definitely satisfied my craving and tastes pretty close to my favorite yogurt flavor! Maybe even better since, along with Greek yogurt, cream cheese adds some extra creaminess to it!

This dip is perfect for summer snacking or bringing along to your next barbecue or celebration. It's super easy to put together. And after chilling it in the fridge (this helps the flavors and creamy texture come together), all you need to do is add a few toppings and enjoy with your favorite dessert dippers!
To start this easy dessert dip, add plain Greek yogurt and a block of light cream cheese (or Neufchâtel cheese - it's a little better for you than cream cheese, although not as smooth in texture) to a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Then, mix in the honey, lime juice and zest, and chopped white chocolate.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it chill in the fridge for about 20-25 minutes. When you're ready to serve, top the dip with graham cracker crumbles, extra chopped white chocolate, and a pinch of lime zest.
Serve the dip with your favorite fruits and graham crackers. I definitely suggest fresh berries, pineapple chunks, and cinnamon graham crackers!

I actually made this dip as part of my meal prep for the week since it'll keep in the fridge up to 4 days. Just spoon what's left of it into an airtight container and keep it refrigerated. When you're ready to dip again, give it a stir and add extra toppings, if you'd like.
