These Healthy Apple Donut Rings might not actually be donuts, but they sure look like it! They’re a fun and wholesome snack that can be customized with a variety of fruit and yogurt flavors!

Ingredients
5apple slices
Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
Blueberries
Blackberries
Strawberriessliced
Pineapple chunkssliced
Kiwisliced
Optional: lemon waterjuice of 1 lemon mixed into a bowl of water
Instructions
Use an apple corer to core an apple. Then, slice it up.
If you're not topping the apples immediately, soak slices in lemon water to keep them from turning brown. Pat slices dry before topping.
Spread a little Greek yogurt evenly onto each apple slice.
Then, top the apple slices with each different fruit and serve.
Notes
Tip: check out the pre-sliced fruit in your local grocery store. It ended up being cheaper to buy a combination of pre-sliced fruit than to buy each individual container!
