This Kale and Sundried Tomato Pesto will be your new favorite way to cook with kale leaves! Use this pesto on everything from pasta to garlic bread!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups kale leaves torn with stems removed
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add kale leaves, sundried tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir.
  • Use pesto in pasta, on pizza, or as a great garlic bread spread!
