Lemon Pepper Pretzel Crusted Salmon

This Lemon Pepper Pretzel Crusted Salmon is made with rich and mild Atlantic salmon fillets topped with a bright and peppery, buttery pretzel crust.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Lemon Pepper OMG! Pretzels crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
  • 2 - 5 oz. salmon fillets without skin
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the pretzels and butter.
  • Brush the top of each salmon fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Press the salmon into the pretzel mixture to coat.
  • Place the fish onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 20-22 minutes, or until cooked through until your desired doneness (at least 145ยบ internal temperature).
  • Allow the salmon to rest a minute or two, then serve.
