Loaded Veggie Pizza Potato Puffs
Put a fun spin on pizza night with these Loaded Veggie Pizza Potato Puffs! It’s just like eating pizza, but with a potato crust!

- Approx. 1/2 - 28oz. bag potato puffs
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 tbsp. each green bell pepper sliced black olives, sliced red onion
Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
Grease two 6.5 inch cast iron skillets with olive oil. Spread potato puffs evenly onto the bottom of each skillet. Bake potatoes for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread sauce evenly onto each skillet.
Top with cheese, peppers, olives, and onions.
Place skillets back into the oven for another 10 minutes, or just until the cheese starts to boil. Serve with grated Parmesan, if desired, and enjoy!
