Mini Teriyaki Meatball Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 - 14 oz. bag frozen meatballs
  • 1/2 cup bottle teriyaki sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 large green bell peppers cut into chunks
  • Optional: sesame seeds chopped fresh cilantro, rice

Instructions

  • Add the meatballs to a microwave-safe dish and heat according to package.
  • While the meatballs are still warm, toss with the teriyaki sauce.
  • Begin assembling skewers. Add one meatball, one pineapple chunk, and one bell pepper chunk. Repeat until skewer is full.
  • Heat teriyaki sauce in small bowl. Serve kebabs warm with sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, and rice on the side.
