No Bake Chocolate Protein Bites

Satisfy your cravings for something sweet and chocolaty with these easy No Bake Chocolate Protein Bites made with oatmeal, cocoa powder, almond butter, and other natural ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 cup quick oats

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the honey, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined.  
  • Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the almond butter and oats until completely mixed.  
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Then, form the mixture into small balls with your hands.
  • Chill the protein bites in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until hardened.  
  • Store protein bites in an airtight container in the fridge.
