Ingredients
For the cocktail:
2oz.Marie Brizard Passion Fruit Liqueur
1.5oz.pineapple juice
4oz.prosecco
For the pineapple flowers:
Fresh pineapplecut super thin with core
Instructions
For the cocktail:
Pour passion fruit liqueur and pineapple fruit in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake.
Strain into a glass and top with prosecco.
Garnish with a pineapple flower.
For the pineapple flowers:
Pat the pineapple slices dry with a paper towel.
Place slices on a wire rack over a large baking sheet.
Bake pineapple for 2-3 hours at 200 degrees. Slices will be dried and crisp around the edges when done.
While the pineapple is still warm, place it inside a muffin tin and allow it to fully dry and cool.
The pineapple will hold its shape once cooled. Then, use it to garnish the cocktail.
