Ingredients
1boxangel food cake
120 oz.can crushed pineapple with juice
1tsp.vanilla extract
8 oz.Cool Whipoptional
1/2 cupshredded coconutoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, crushed pineapple, and vanilla extract. Batter will puff up after mixing.
Pour mix into prepared baking pan. Bake 25-35 minutes, or until top of cake is golden brown.
If desired, mix shredded coconut into container of Cool Whip. Then, slice the cake and serve with Cool Whip for topping.
