Ingredients
1puff pastry sheet
1tbsp.Dijon mustard
1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese
4slicesprosciutto
Egg wash
2tbsp.poppy seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a large rectangle (about 1/8" thick). Then, brush half of the pastry with Dijon mustard.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and layer prosciutto on top.
Fold empty half of pastry onto the other half. Use a pizza cutter to cut pastry into strips.
Twist pastry into "wands" and brush with egg wash. Top with poppy seeds.
Place pastry onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
