1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 1/3 cup pumpkin puree 1/3 cup oat milk or milk of your choice 1 tsp. chia seeds 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. honey Optional: whipped cream dried cranberries, chopped pecans
In a mixing bowl, mix the oats, pumpkin puree, oat milk, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and honey together.
Spoon the oat mixture into a glass jar or container.
Keep the oats in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours, or overnight.
Once they're set, remove from fridge and top with whipped cream, dried cranberries, or chopped pecans, if desired.
