This Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Bread is moist, full of fall flavors, and loaded with sweet white chocolate chips! This recipe makes two loaves so you can freeze one or share it!

Ingredients
3cupsall-purpose flour
1 1/2cupssugar
2tsp.cinnamon
2tsp.baking powder
1/2tsp.salt
4eggs
1cupvegetable oil
2cupscanned pumpkin
1/2tsp.vanilla extract
1cupwhite chocolate chips + 1/4 cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease two loaf pans.
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix in eggs, oil, pumpkin, and vanilla.
Fold in 1 cup white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into prepared loaf pans.
Sprinkle the 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top of each loaf.
Bake the loaves for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the bread.
Cool pumpkin before slicing and serve.
