Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
1/2tsp.salt
1tbsp.baking powder
1 1/2tbsp.sugar
1eggslightly beaten
1cupmilk
2tbsp.buttermelted
1/2tsp.pure vanilla extract
1 1/2cupsfresh blueberries
Whipped creamraspberries, and blackberries, for topping
Instructions
Grease a waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray and preheat to a medium temperature.
In a mixer, beat flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, egg, milk, butter, and vanilla together just until well combined.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into the preheated waffle maker.
Cook waffles until they turn golden brown and are cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream and fresh raspberries and blackberries.
