Instructions
Combine cucumber, lemon, and mint in a pitcher or large jar. Gently crush ingredients to release flavors.
Pour in the water and stir.
Keep in fridge for 24 hours. Then, serve over ice.
Notes
You can absolutely pour yourself a glass of this water immediately after making it, but allowing it to sit in the fridge overnight gives you a stronger flavor infusion.
