If you’re looking for a devilishly delicious appetizer to serve on Halloween night, this Skeleton Baked Brie En Croute is simply to die for! It’s made with creamy brie, blackberry jam, and buttery puffed pastry.

Ingredients
1puff pastry sheet
1 - 8oz.brie wheel
3tbsp.seedless blackberry jam
1eggbeaten + 1 tsp. water, combined

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray the brie baker with non-stick cooking spray.
Unroll sheet of puffed pastry onto lightly floured surface. Use rolling pin to roll it large enough to wrap brie in.
Add the brie to the center of the dough and gently trace around the brie to mark where it will sit.
Using a paring knife, cut a skeleton face inside the marked circle of puffed pastry.
Spread the blackberry jam on one side of the brie. Then, wrap the puffed pastry around the brie, with the cut portion set on top of the jam.
Cover the puff pastry with egg wash and place inside the brie baker.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted through.
