This Spooky Spaghetti and Meatballs recipe puts a fun Halloween spin on this classic pasta dish by turning meatballs into creepy eyeballs on a bed of bloody spaghetti!

Ingredients
1/2 - 16oz.box Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1 - 12oz.container Tomato Marinara
1tbsp.olive oil
1package Grass-Fed Beef Meatballs12 meatballs
2slicesmozzarella cheesecut into small circles
6Pitted Kalamata Oliveshalved
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package until al dente.
Drain the spaghetti and return it to the pot.
Toss with half of the marinara sauce, while warm, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and warmed through.
Divide the spaghetti between plates and top with meatballs.
Before serving, add a circle of mozzarella cheese and a sliced olive on top to create the eyes.
Warm up the rest of the marinara sauce and serve alongside the spaghetti and meatballs.

Pro tip: to make easy mozzarella cheese circles, use the bottom of a pastry trip to cut circles out of the cheese.
