Ingredients
6-8small pepperslike sweet banana, mini bell peppers, or heatless jalapeƱos
1/2cupcream cheesesoftened or whipped
1tsp.garlic chiveschopped
1/2tsp.Sriracha sauceor more
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Wash the peppers and halve lengthwise, removing seeds.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic chives, Sriracha, and salt and pepper.
Divide the cream cheese inside each pepper half, spreading evenly inside.
If desired, dip ends of each pepper into Sriracha sauce for a "bloody" look.
