Sriracha Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers (Vampire Fangs)

Looking for a Halloween appetizer or snack with a little bite? These Sriracha Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers are inspired by vampire fangs and filled with a flavorful cream cheese and dipped in Sriracha for a "bloody" touch!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 small peppers like sweet banana, mini bell peppers, or heatless jalapeƱos
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened or whipped
  • 1 tsp. garlic chives chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Sriracha sauce or more
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the peppers and halve lengthwise, removing seeds.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic chives, Sriracha, and salt and pepper.
  • Divide the cream cheese inside each pepper half, spreading evenly inside.
  • If desired, dip ends of each pepper into Sriracha sauce for a "bloody" look.
  • Serve chilled.
