Ingredients
1lavash flatbread
1-2tbsp.lemon garlic hummus
1-2tbsp.crumbled feta cheese
1/2sweet potatocooked and mashed
1/3cupshredded kale
1/4cupred onionsliced thin
1/4cupred bell peppersliced thin
Instructions
Place the lavash onto a plate or flat surface. Spread the hummus over the lavash and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Spoon the sweet potato onto the wrap. Then, follow with the kale, onion, and peppers.
