Oh yeah! It’s almost time to fire up the fire pit again! We bought our fire pit a couple years ago, but we haven’t used it much. Or at least as much as we should’ve been using it. If we used it once last year, that was a lot! After scrolling through Facebook and seeing an ad for some super cool fire pit skulls, I decided that this was the year that our fire pit should make a comeback! I mean, what else is there to do right now while we’re staying at home?

I checked out the fire pit skulls that I saw on Facebook – cause I really, really wanted one – but they were a bit pricey. So I did a search on Amazon and ended up finding more than just the skulls. There are so many cool things that you can get for your backyard fire pit! We don’t have a designated area for our fire pit…yet! But eventually, I would like to set up a little hangout area for it. Needless to say, I have added a lot to my Amazon wishlist!

I’m going to start cleaning up our fire pit and getting it ready to enjoy during cooler fall nights. I already grabbed a few things off of Amazon like a fire pit skull (of course!), rainbow flame color changer that turns flames into all different colors, and a weatherproof cover to protect it.

I’m pretty sure a set of marshmallow roasting sticks will be purchased in the near future! I mean, what’s a cozy fire without some roasted marshmallows? And eventually, I’m going to work on setting an area up for our fire pit with some chairs, maybe some string lights, and get a comfy outdoor blanket or two!
