For the past few years, I've been decorating our living room Christmas tree in a retro, classic holiday theme. I've loved the nostalgic feel of it, but this year I wanted to change things up. A couple years ago, I found spools of ribbon with a natural, winter solstice type of vibe to it. I decided that this year would be the year I worked with the theme of that ribbon and created a nature-inspired, woodland Christmas tree.
As someone who collects and absolutely loves Christmas ornaments, I already have plenty of nature-inspired ornaments to hang on our tree. But I'm always on the hunt for new ones - whether it's to hang on our tree or give as gifts. So I headed to Etsy where I found beautiful, handcrafted ornaments from small businesses. I immediately added a bunch of them to my cart and saved others to my favorites to purchase later.
