I have recently become an Orgain Ambassador. If you're unfamiliar with Orgain, they offer clean nutrition through nutritional and protein shakes, protein bars, collagen products, protein powders, and more. Everything is made with high quality ingredients in a variety of flavors with plant-based and organic products available. They even offer a kids line of nutritional and protein products.
Orgain recently sent me their Peanut Butter Nut Butter Plant & Nut Protein Powder. You know that amazing JUSTIN’S® nut butter? This protein powder's inspired by that! I've tried some of the basic Orgain protein powder flavors before, so I was super excited to get this! I immediately wanted to make some type of peanut butter and jelly inspired protein-packed recipe with it.
Since it's strawberry season, I decided to make a PB and strawberry jelly inspired yogurt bowl. I'm still on my Greek yogurt kick. I usually just add yogurt into a bowl and top it with fresh fruit (especially strawberries), cinnamon, and maybe a drizzle of raw organic honey. This time around, I decided to add a scoop of peanut butter protein powder to my yogurt and have a little extra fun with my toppings!
- Plain Greek yogurt: Again, I say that Greek yogurt is one of my favorite foods to keep in the house. It's packed with protein, calcium, and probiotics. It also helps to keep me feeling satisfied.
- Orgain Peanut Butter Nut Butter Plant & Nut Protein Powder: I knew Orgain's protein powders were good, but this flavor exceeded my expectations! It's a plant protein with 20g of protein and 150 calories per serving. Plus, it adds great peanut butter flavor to smoothies, yogurt bowls, and more!
- Low sugar strawberry preserves: Even though I'm adding strawberries to this yogurt bowl, I wanted to give the yogurt itself a PB and strawberry jelly flavor. So I added strawberry preserves that were low in sugar.
- Fresh strawberries: Strawberries are so good for you! They're full of antioxidants, vitamin C, and all kinds of good nutrients! Plus, they're in season now, which means they'll be so juicy, sweet, and flavorful!
- Unsalted peanuts: I finished off this yogurt bowl with a sprinkle of peanuts. I used unsalted roasted peanuts, gave them a quick crush, and added them on top. Peanuts contain healthy fats and are full of protein making them a great finishing touch to this recipe.

This yogurt bowl makes an amazing breakfast, but it's also a good, light lunch for this time of year. It will leave you feeling totally satisfying and its peanut butter and strawberry flavor is nostalgic and delicious! It's quick to make, too, with simple ingredients.
To start, we're going to add plain Greek yogurt into a bowl and stir in a scoop of peanut butter protein powder. Once that's mixed, swirl in the strawberry preserves.
Top the yogurt bowl with sliced strawberries and crushed peanuts. Then, enjoy!
