Holiday cookie season is almost upon us! Whether you're baking them, gifting them, or just eating them, it's a sweet time of year to be a cookie lover! So when sent me a box of their drool-worthy cookies, I knew I had to have some fun with one of their 1 lb. MEGA cookies.
You read that right - 1 lb. MEGA cookies! These cookies are HUGE! They'd make a great gift for the sweet tooth on your shopping list and will blow your family away when you serve them for dessert. These cookies are SO BIG that you can share one and still have enough left over to create a recipe - like this one!

As a cookies and cream lover, I was all over the MEGA Black Beauty cookie! It's a lot of cookie to nosh on. So I decided to use part of the Black Beauty cookie to create a delicious dessert style dip. This dip is made with a cream cheese base. Then, the cookie is chopped up and mixed into the dip. It's so good with strawberries and, of course, cookies!
Cookies and Cream Cheese Dip
If you're looking for a fun, but special dessert to serve this holiday season, start with Fat & Weird Cookies! They'll amp up your cookie trays, add some serious sweetness to your dessert boards, and can be transformed into a fabulous and delicious dip!
To make this cookies and cream inspired dessert dip, we need to start whipping up the base. In a mixing bowl, add a stick of butter and softened cream cheese. Beat until it's mixed together and fluffy. Then, add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until smooth and creamy.
Now, we need to take the MEGA Black Beauty cookie and chop it up. I cut the cookie in half first, then started to cut it into small chunks. Somewhere between chunks and crumbles.
Then, stir in the cookie just until it's fully incorporated into the dip.
Serve the dip with a variety of other Fat & Weird cookies (cut into chunks for easy serving), strawberries, or your favorite sweet dipper. Store leftover dip in the fridge.
Cookies and Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup 1 stick butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup Fat & Weird MEGA Black Beauty cookie chopped/crumbled and divided
Instructions
- Add cream cheese and butter to a mixing bowl. Beat until combined and fluffy.
- Add sugar and vanilla to the bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in 1 cup cookies until incorporated.
- Spoon dip into small serving bowl and top with 1/4 cup cookies.
- Serve immediately with pieces of Fat & Weird cookies, strawberries, or your favorite sweet dippers.
- Store leftover dip in fridge.
