You know you're a crazy fur mama when you make a Christmas tree for your dog! That's right! We're up to three Christmas trees now - the big one in our living room, my husband's outdoor sports tree, and Hunter's pawsitively adorable dog-themed tree!

I had been joking that Hunter needed his own tree now that my husband has his own. I started looking for a small tree when I remembered that I had a 3 foot tree up in the attic, In fact, I had two! They were used as outdoor decorations the past few years, but I changed things around this year. So I turned one of those trees into Hunter's very own dog-themed tree!

Over the years, I've been collecting personalized dog ornaments with Hunter's name on them. Or I'll grab an ornament with a dog that reminds me of him. I've even made a couple dog-themed ornaments, like an Instax Mini Ornament made with a picture of Hunter.

All of those ornaments came in handy to create this tree! I also used felt garland and red glitter ball ornaments to fill in the gaps and topped the tree with a felt star ornament that I attached with floral wire. The Christmas tree turned out pretty cute and I think Hunter approves!
