Skip the alcohol, but enjoy the same fruity flavors of sangria with this easy and delicious Hibiscus Rooibos Mock Sangria tea recipe!

I am a big fan of loose tea. Don't believe me? Open one of the cabinets in my kitchen and you'll see that it's entirely devoted to tea! I love tea! I love how easy it is to turn a blend of tea and herbs into a delicious hot or cold beverage in a matter of minutes!
When it comes to my favorite tea blends, I mostly drink a lot of green tea and herbal tea. One of my most favorite herbal teas is hibiscus. It's a little tart, but pairs so well with fruity flavors! So when Rishi Tea recently approached me to partner on a recipe, I knew exactly how I wanted to use their Hibiscus Rooibos organic herbal tea blend!
My fridge has been jam packed with summer fruits lately, so it was the perfect opportunity to use some of them up in a fun and refreshing tea mocktail. Sangria is one of my favorite alcoholic summer beverages. Using some of the fruit I had on hand and Hibiscus Rooibos tea, I decided to create a Hibiscus Rooibos Mock Sangria.
This mock sangria is perfect for summer gatherings, baby or bridal showers, or just when you're hanging poolside and want a refreshing and fruity drink to sip on! Any combination of fruit would probably work, but I decided to use berries, peaches, and tangy oranges. I suppose you could add a little red wine to make this an adult beverage, but it's so good on its own that you won't miss it!
Sipping on this mock sangria won't only be delicious, but it's good for you, too! Rooibos teas are great for calming headaches, insomnia, allergies, and so much more! Hibiscus has its share of benefits, too, like controlling blood pressure, cholesterol, speeding up metabolism, helping your immune system, and more! That's definitely something to raise your glass and toast!
