Roasted Garlic Hummus Holiday Pinwheel Sandwiches

We're heading deeper into the holiday season.  You might be starting to make plans for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  As much as I love gathering with my family on Christmas Day, I cannot wait to celebrate a quiet Christmas Eve night with my husband.  Every Christmas Eve, it's just us.  We put on our pajamas early, sit around the Christmas tree and open presents.  Dinner isn't a big fancy meal.  Instead, we eat lots of appetizers and usually finish off Christmas Eve with a plate of homemade cookies.

This year, I thought I'd try something new.  I always seem to have hummus in our refrigerator.  It's great for dipping and healthy snacking, but also makes a tasty sandwich spread.  I recently picked up a container of Boar's Head Roasted Garlic Hummus.  My husband isn't much of a hummus eater, but I knew he'd love this!  The Roasted Garlic Hummus is creamy with big chunks of garlic mixed in it.  So delicious for garlic lovers like us!

It's that easy!
