This Rhubarb and Cranberry Gin and Tonic is a simple holiday cocktail made with the world's first rhubarb gin from Warner's Distillery, cranberry juice, and tonic water.
Thank you to Warner's Gin for sending me a bottle of Rhubarb Gin in exchange for this post. This post may contain affiliate links. Making a purchase through one of these links helps support this blog.
When I'm at a wedding or occasion where there's a bar present, I tend to find myself ordering one particular drink - gin and tonic. It's become my signature "formal occasion" drink of choice. It's simple, it's fizzy, with a touch of citrus. Think of it like a hard seltzer. But in my opinion, it's a much better, classic cocktail.
So when asked if they could send me a bottle of their All-Natural Rhubarb Gin (the world's first rhubarb gin), I happily accepted their offer! Warner's is the largest gin distillery in the UK and their 100 percent natural gin is now available for purchase in the US.
To celebrate its launch, I've created a rhubarb gin and tonic with a seasonal twist! For this drink, we're using Warner's Rhubarb Gin (made with real rhubarb juice), cranberries, cranberry juice, and tonic water to create a slightly tangy version of a gin and tonic.
While it's a delicious cocktail that could be enjoyed all year 'round, it would make a simple and festive holiday adult beverage to serve during your celebration. Especially when garnished with a fresh rosemary sprig!

To start this drink, fill a glass about halfway with ice and add fresh cranberries. Then, add the Rhubarb Gin and cranberry juice.
Top with tonic water and garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig, if desired. Serve immediately.
