5 Last Minute Ways to Fill Glass Ornaments

If you’ve been rather lame about Christmas this year like I have, you may be behind on things like shopping, baking, wrapping, or even decorating.  Every year, I pride myself in decorating our tree like it came out of a department store window.  There are tons of ribbons, bows, embellishments, and only the prettiest ornaments picked to be displayed.  This year, there wasn’t really a theme to my tree.  It was basically whatever I grabbed from my boxes upon boxes of ornaments and figured, “that works.”  Our tree isn’t hideous.  It just doesn’t have its usual sparkle.

I’ve been trying to fill some of the empty branches with ornaments I’ve created the past month or so.  I’ve fallen in love with glass ornaments.  They’re classic and can be filled in all sorts of ways!  You can leave the outside of the ornament as it is, or easily personalize it with etching cream.  What you fill them with is really up to you.  I’ve created five simple ways to fill glass ornaments.  Hang them on the tree or give them as a handmade gift!  There’s even a golf-themed idea for the men in your life!
