I want to start this post with a little announcement. I have reactivated my Hungryroot account and my partnership with them. So I will once again be receiving delicious groceries and recipes from them and will also be creating content with the food I receive. I honestly missed working with them and, especially, enjoying the brands and healthier options available.

Since I first signed up with Hungryroot, their grocery selection has expanded. Along with groceries, you can now receive supplements, prepared meals, and food and snacks specifically tailored to little ones. And upon receiving my first box in almost a year, I can tell you that the food is just as easy-to-prepare and delicious as I remember it!

While I was shopping for my order, I decided to grab ingredients for my husband's new favorite lunch option - buffalo chicken wraps. I started making these about a month ago with leftover rotisserie chicken. I shredded the chicken and warmed it with buffalo sauce. Then, I served it on wraps with lettuce, cheese, and ranch dressing. Since then, it's become a repeat meal and a totally easy lunch option!

Since starting Hungryroot again, I grabbed one of their Garlic and Herb Half Chickens. I made it in the air fryer, shredded the chicken, and mixed it with their Buffalo sauce. Then, I served the chicken on lavash with Romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, and Ranch dressing. Quick and so delicious!

So to start these wraps, first we need to warm up the half chicken. The best way to do this, in my opinion, is in the air fryer. Pop the chicken in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes at 380 degrees.

Take the chicken out of the air fryer. Allow it to cool slightly, then shred. Once shredded, add some Buffalo sauce to it and mix.

I use about 1/2 cup depending on the hot sauce. Hungryroot's hot sauce has more flavor than heat, so I might add a splash more.

Now, wash and dry some Romaine lettuce leaves and layer onto a lavash wrap. Continue with cheddar cheese slices, the shredded Buffalo chicken, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.

Serve with extra sauce and dressing on the side. We just eat the wraps alone for lunch. But if you're planning on making this as a dinner, you could serve it alongside fries, pasta salad, or a green salad.

We prefer ranch dressing to blue cheese dressing. But you could definitely swap based on your preferences. You could also use crumbled blue cheese in place of the cheddar cheese slices. Either way, this recipe makes a super quick and tasty lunch option.
